Payment Methods

All subscriptions are processed via Stripe. We accept:

• Visa, Mastercard, American Express
• Apple Pay, Google Pay
• Direct Debit (BACS)

Cancellation

• Cancel anytime from Settings → Subscriptions
• Access continues until the end of your current billing period
• No cancellation fees
• Refunds available within 14 days of first subscription

Commission Splits (for Tutors)

When you receive a booking payment:

• Direct bookings: 90% tutor / 10% platform
• Referred bookings: 80% tutor / 10% platform / 10% referrer
• Payouts are processed weekly (Fridays) via Stripe Connect
• 7-day clearing hold before funds are available
