Accessing My Students
Go to My Students to see:
- All students you've taught
- Total sessions per student
- Last session date
- Upcoming bookings
- Session history and notes
- Contact information
Student List Overview
What You Can See:
Student Cards Show:
- Name and profile photo
- Total sessions completed
- Last session date
- Subjects you've taught them
- Average session rating
- Quick action buttons (Message, Book, View)
Sort & Filter:
- Active vs. inactive students
- By subject taught
- By total sessions (most/least)
- By last session date
- Search by name
Student Status:
- 🟢 Active (booked within 30 days)
- 🟡 Inactive (31-90 days since last booking)
- ⚪ Dormant (90+ days)
Re-engage Inactive Students: Reach out to students who haven't booked in 30-60 days. A friendly message can restart the relationship!

During or After Sessions:

Re-engaging Inactive Students
When to Reach Out:
- 30 days since last session (gentle check-in)
- 60 days (offer special discount or package)
- 90 days (re-introduction, ask if they need help)

30-Day Check-In:
"Hi [Name]! Hope you're doing well! Just checking in - how are you finding [Subject] since our last session? Let me know if you'd like to schedule a follow-up!"
60-Day Re-Engagement:

Troubleshooting
Q: Why don't I see all my students? A: Check your filters. Students only appear after completing at least one paid session with you.
Q: How do I remove a student from my list? A: You can't remove students, but you can archive them to hide from default view.
Q: Can students see the notes I write about them? A: No, session notes are completely private and only visible to you.
Q: How do I export my student list? A: Click "Export" button in My Students dashboard. Downloads CSV with all data.
Q: What if a student books with multiple tutors? A: They'll appear in each tutor's My Students list independently. No cross-tutor visibility.
