What counts as a Spot AI question?
Any message you send to Spot in the chat panel — asking for pricing advice, campaign suggestions, booking analysis, or anything else. Tool calls Spot makes internally do not count against your quota.
Does Adspots charge a commission on bookings?
Yes. A platform commission applies to all marketplace-sourced bookings regardless of plan. If you bring your own clients directly, no commission is charged. Plans unlock Spot AI quota and features — not lower commission rates.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
If you add a payment method during the trial, you move to the plan you selected. If not, the subscription cancels automatically and you drop to 10 Spot questions per day on the free tier. No charge either way without a card on file.
Is there a plan for large property portfolios?
